The digital magazine about Cuban culture La Jiribilla will organize a chat in tribute to Benny Moré next Thursday, August 15 at 10.30 in the morning in its usual head office of Casa del Alba Cultural, located on Line Street, corner D in Vedado.
With the title "Lo más bárbaro del ritmo", the musicologist José Reyes will participate in the panel; the journalist and music critic, Guille Vilar, and the journalist and researcher, Rafael Lam.
The panelists intend to remember and pay tribute to the also known as El Sonero Mayor, one of the greatest Cuban musicians of all times, on the occasion of commemorating the centenary of his birth in August 24.
